The invention discloses a bio-based rubber nano composite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of bioengineering rubber. The bio-based rubber nano composite material is prepared by carrying out coupling reaction on modified bio-based itaconate raw rubber and nano white carbon black. The bio-based rubber nano composite material has Si-Si bonds formed by bonding silane groups of the modified bio-based itaconate raw rubber and silicon hydroxyl groups in the nano white carbon black, and the dispersity of the nano white carbon black in the modified bio-based itaconate raw rubber can be remarkably improved. According to the invention, the bio-based itaconate raw rubber and the nano white carbon black are not simply and physically mixed any more, but are connected together through chemical bonds. In addition, when the bio-based rubber nano composite material is applied to a tire tread, a green tire which is low in rolling resistance, good in wet skid resistance and low in oil consumption can be prepared.

    本发明公开了一种生物基橡胶纳米复合材料及其制备方法和应用,属于生物工程橡胶技术领域。所述生物基橡胶纳米复合材料通过改性生物基衣康酸酯生胶和纳米白炭黑进行偶联反应制备得到。所述生物基橡胶纳米复合材料具有改性生物基衣康酸酯生胶的硅烷基与纳米白炭黑中的硅羟基键联形成的Si‑Si键,能显著提高纳米白炭黑在改性生物基衣康酸酯生胶中的分散性。本发明中所述的生物基衣康酸酯生胶和纳米白炭黑不再是简单的物理混合,而是通过化学键连接在一起。并且,将本发明所述的生物基橡胶纳米复合材料应用于轮胎胎面可以制备得到滚动阻力低、抗湿滑性好、低耗油的绿色轮胎。
