The invention provides a fault diagnosis method of a current sensor, which is applied to a charging and discharging loop of a power battery, the charging and discharging loop comprises the current sensor, and the method comprises the following steps: establishing an equivalent circuit model of battery charging and discharging, and obtaining the total internal resistance R of the power battery according to the equivalent circuit model; recording a total voltage change value delta V of the power battery when the power battery is switched from a standing state to a charging and discharging state, and a charging and discharging loop current I1 collected by the current sensor; according to the total voltage change value delta V of the battery and the total internal resistance R of the power battery, obtaining an instantaneous current I2 of the power battery converted from a standing state to a charging and discharging state; and setting a diagnosis threshold value according to the charging and discharging loop current I1, comparing the instantaneous current I2 with the diagnosis threshold value, and diagnosing the fault condition of the current sensor according to the comparison result. According to the invention, the fault condition of the current sensor can be judged without adding an additional hardware auxiliary circuit, and the production and maintenance cost is reduced.

    本发明提供一种电流传感器的故障诊断方法,应用于动力电池的充放电回路,所述充放电回路包括电流传感器,包括步骤:建立电池充放电的等效电路模型,根据所述等效电路模型获得所述动力电池的总内阻R;记录所述动力电池从静置转入充放电状态的电池总压变化值ΔV,以及所述电流传感器采集的充放电回路电流I1;根据所述电池总压变化值ΔV和动力电池的总内阻R获得所述动力电池从静置转充放电状态的瞬间电流I2;根据所述充放电回路电流I1设定诊断阈值,将所述瞬间电流I2与所述诊断阈值进行比对,并根据比对结果诊断所述电流传感器的故障情况。本发明无需增加额外的硬件辅助电路即可判断出电流传感器的故障情况,降低了生产维护成本。
