A driving assistance system that assists driving of a vehicle acquires first behavior data that is behavior data of a first moving body detected by an environment recognition device provided outside the predetermined first moving body, and acquires second behavior data that is behavior data of a second moving body. And a second moving body that is present in a predetermined travel path of the first moving body and that holds a communication device that transmits behavior data of the second moving body itself to the vehicle to be assisted. A collision between the first moving body and the vehicle of the assistance object is predicted on the basis of first action data of the first moving body acquired before the first time and second action data acquired from the communication device of the second moving body.
