The invention discloses a low-resistance and low-noise underwater vehicle composite material plate connecting device and a manufacturing method thereof. The low-resistance low-noise underwater vehicle composite material plate connecting device comprises a steel perforated structure, a composite material shell plate and a steel frame, a plurality of through holes are formed in the steel perforated structure, the steel perforated structure is connected with the steel frame in a welded mode, and the composite material shell plate is formed on the periphery of the welded steel perforated structure and fixedly connected with the peripheral side of the welded steel perforated structure. The composite material shell plate comprises a core material and a fiber layer wrapping the core material, and the fiber layer is subjected to vacuum resin pouring and curing forming, so that the fiber layer and the steel perforated structure are connected into a whole. According to the low-resistance and low-noise connecting device for the composite material plate of the underwater vehicle, the steel trepanning structure of the steel structure is welded firstly, and finally the composite material shell plate is formed, that is, the composite material shell plate is indirectly trepanned, so that the process problem existing in direct trepanning of the composite material shell plate is solved.

    本发明公开了一种低阻低噪水下航行器复合材料板连接装置及其制作方法。本低阻低噪水下航行器复合材料板连接装置包括钢制开孔结构、复合材料壳板以及钢制框架,钢制开孔结构上设置有多个通孔,钢制开孔结构与钢制框架焊接连接,复合材料壳板在焊接后的钢制开孔结构四周成型并与其外围侧固定连接,复合材料壳板包括芯材以及包裹于芯材外的纤维层,纤维层真空灌注树脂固化成型从而与钢制开孔结构连接成一个整体。本发明提出的低阻低噪水下航行器复合材料板连接装置,先焊接钢结构的钢制开孔结构,最后对复合材料壳板成型,也就是对复合材料壳板间接开孔,解决了在复合材料壳板直接开孔存在的工艺难题。
