The invention belongs to the technical field of electric energy management, and discloses a ramp vehicle control method, device and equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps of detecting the driving condition of a current vehicle; when the driving working condition of the current vehicle is the climbing working condition, the battery SOC and the wheel end required power of the current vehicle are obtained; determining engine power according to the battery SOC and the wheel end demand power; and the engine rotating speed is determined according to the engine power, and vehicle control is conducted according to the engine power and the engine rotating speed. According to the scheme, the engine power and the engine rotating speed are controlled according to the current battery SOC and the wheel end demand torque during climbing when the vehicle climbs by detecting the vehicle running working condition, and the adaptability of the vehicle to the climbing scene is improved.
