According to the positive pressure monitoring method of the double-pressure-sensor redundant oil way brake, oil ways are multiple oil ways distributed in parallel, the front pressure sensor and the rear pressure sensor are installed in the brake, and the brake clearance displacement sensor is installed on a fixed brake shoe pressing plate. The brake shoe displacement sensor is installed on the seat body, the oil pressure sensor is installed on an oil pipe, and the sensors are electrically connected with the monitoring box and used for detecting the comprehensive conditions of a brake disc, a brake clearance, the elastic force change of a belleville spring and oil way pressure of the brake in real time; the monitoring box comprehensively calculates and analyzes the detected data signals through the analysis and judgment unit, and calculates, analyzes, judges, displays and alarms according to the working state of the brake, so that the safety and reliability of working braking and safe emergency braking of the elevator brake are ensured; meanwhile, multiple choices of oil feeding and discharging channels of the brake are achieved, and the fault tolerance rate of the brake is greatly increased.

    本发明提出了一种双压力传感器冗余油路制动器的正压力监控方法,本发明的油路为并联分布的多条油路,且本发明还设置了安装在制动器内部的前置、后置压力传感器,安装在固定闸瓦压板上的闸间隙位移传感器,安装在座体上的闸瓦位移传感器,安装在油管上的油压传感器,并将以上传感器与监控箱电连接,用以实时检测制动器的闸盘、闸间隙、蝶形弹簧弹性力变化和油路压力的综合情况;监控箱通过分析判断单元综合计算、分析所检测到的数据信号,根据制动器工作状态进行计算、分析判断、显示、报警,以保证提升机制动器的工作制动以及安全紧急制动的安全可靠性;同时实现了制动器进卸油通道的多个选择,大大提高了制动器的容错率。
