The embodiment of the invention discloses a vehicle left turning speed planning method, device and equipment and a computer readable medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the traffic data of a first traffic barrier related to the left turning of a target vehicle at a target intersection when the target vehicle is in a left turning traffic scene; according to the traffic data of the first traffic barrier, determining whether there is a collision risk between the target vehicle and the first traffic barrier, and obtaining a first determination result; according to the first judgment result, specific vehicle acceleration information needed to be used when the target vehicle turns left at the target intersection is determined; therefore, the vehicle running speed of the target vehicle when the target vehicle is parked and started at the stop line of the entrance lane at the target intersection or passes at the target intersection is accurately and clearly controlled, and the driving safety of the target vehicle when the target vehicle passes through the target intersection is guaranteed.
