The invention discloses a method for improving the bending precision of a ship workpiece, which comprises the following steps of: adding a bent straight line on an original workpiece which is not subjected to bending construction in a design stage, manufacturing the bent straight line according to the designed bending form of the workpiece, carving the bent straight line on the workpiece which is not subjected to bending construction through line drawing equipment, and verifying the bending degree by adopting a cotton thread in the bending process. According to the method, a bending jig or a wood mold does not need to be manufactured to verify whether bending meets the requirement or not, the plate bending precision is improved, materials and labor cost are saved, the construction difficulty and the safety risk in the construction process are reduced, and the method is convenient and practical.
本发明公开了一种提高船舶工件弯曲精度的方法,在设计阶段对未进行弯曲施工的原有工件上加设曲后直线,曲后直线依据工件的设计弯曲形态制作,通过画线设备刻画到未弯曲施工的工件上,在弯曲加工过程中采用棉线验证弯曲度,当棉线绷直并与划线完全重叠时,工件弯曲效果即达到设计要求,该方法不需要弯曲治具或者制作木模验证弯曲是否达到要求,提高了弯板精度,节约材料与人工成本,降低施工难度与施工过程的安全风险,方便实用。
