An electric drive steer-by-wire system based on a turbine worm and a planetary reducer comprises a steering drive device, a steering knuckle arm, steering pull rods and a wheel edge assembly, the steering knuckle arm comprises two connecting parts, and each connecting part is connected with the wheel edge assembly through the corresponding steering pull rod. The steering driving device comprises a steering driving motor, a turbine worm mechanism and a planetary reducer, the turbine worm mechanism comprises a worm and a turbine, an output shaft of the steering driving motor is connected with the worm, the side face of the worm is connected with the turbine in a meshed mode, and a sun gear of the planetary reducer is fixedly installed in the center of the turbine. A planet carrier output shaft of the planetary reducer is connected to the intersection position of the vertical plane where the center connecting line of the two connecting parts is located and the steering knuckle arm so as to push the steering knuckle arm to swing. According to the invention, large steering driving power can be provided, and the device is suitable for large-tonnage vehicle models; and chassis arrangement space can be saved, the whole vehicle mass is reduced, and the cost is reduced. And meanwhile, product platformization is easy to realize, and the device can be applied to various vehicle types.

    一种基于涡轮蜗杆和行星减速器的电驱动线控转向系统,包括转向驱动装置、转向节臂、转向拉杆及轮边总成,转向节臂包括两个连接部,每个连接部分别通过转向拉杆连接轮边总成,转向驱动装置包括转向驱动电机、涡轮蜗杆机构以及行星减速器,涡轮蜗杆机构包括蜗杆及涡轮,转向驱动电机的输出轴连接蜗杆,蜗杆的侧面啮合连接涡轮,涡轮的中心固定安装有行星减速器的太阳轮,行星减速器的行星架输出轴连接在两个连接部的中心连线所在竖直面与转向节臂的相交位置,以推动转向节臂摆动。本发明不仅可以提供较大的转向驱动动力,适用于较大吨位车型;而且可节省底盘布置空间,减少整车质量,降低成本。同时容易实现产品平台化,可应用于多种车型。
