The invention provides a high-thermal-conductivity composite material and a preparation method thereof, and further provides the high-thermal-conductivity composite material and the preparation method from design material selection and process innovation on the basis of embedding a heat pipe structure in an aluminum panel composite material, so that the weight of the whole plate is reduced, and meanwhile, efficient heat conduction is realized. According to the high-thermal-conductivity composite material, the panel is made of the mesophase pitch-based carbon fiber reinforced resin-based composite material, the in-plane thermal conductivity of the panel at the temperature of 20 DEG C is larger than or equal to 135 W/(m.K), and high-efficiency heat conduction of the whole panel is achieved through the embedded kilowatt-level thermal conductivity aluminum-ammonia heat pipes.

    本发明提供了一种高导热复合材料及其制备方法,是在铝面板复合材料内埋热管结构的基础上,进一步从设计选材和工艺创新上提供了一种高导热复合材料及制备方法,在整板减重的同时又实现了高效导热。本发明的高导热复合材料,面板采用中间相沥青基碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料,其20℃面内导热率≥135W/(m·K),内埋千瓦级导热率铝‑氨热管实现整板高效率导热。
