The invention provides a vehicle-mounted discharging module, a vehicle-mounted discharging method and a new energy vehicle. The vehicle-mounted discharging module comprises a shell, an alternating current power supply port and a wireless discharging area which are arranged on the shell, and a circuit control module, a discharging switch module, an alternating current conversion wireless discharging module and a wireless discharging transmitting end module which are arranged in the shell. The alternating current power supply port is used for receiving alternating current output by a vehicle-mounted charger in an inversion manner; the circuit control module is used for controlling on and off of the discharge switch module; the discharge switch module is connected to the alternating current power supply port and used for controlling connection and disconnection of a circuit; the alternating current conversion wireless discharging module is connected with the discharging switch module, and when the wireless discharging switch module is closed, the alternating current conversion wireless discharging module is used for converting alternating current provided by the power supply port to generate electromagnetic waves; and the wireless discharge transmitting end module is positioned in a wireless discharge area, is connected with the alternating current conversion wireless discharge module and is used for transmitting electromagnetic waves.
