The invention relates to an automatic flashboard replacing assembly, a device using the same and a control method. The device comprises a tail end execution component, a device body component used for bearing and driving the tail end execution component and providing a safe working environment for the tail end execution component, and a bottom supporting component used for bearing the two functional components. Two 40Cr quenched linear polished shafts on the tail end execution component are matched with four linear bearings of the device main body component to form a linear bearing pair, and a first ball screw on the device main body component is matched with a first ball screw nut of the tail end execution component to form a ball screw pair. A first servo motor on the device main body part drives a first ball screw to rotate so as to control the tail end execution part to be close to or away from the device main body part. According to the device, on the premise that the structure of the blowout preventer is not changed, flashboard replacement work of the ultra-deep well flashboard blowout preventer can be carried out under the condition that a small number of personnel participate.
