The invention discloses a whole vehicle cooperative control system and method based on intelligent tires, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the air pressure, acceleration and rotation angle of each tire through an intelligent sensor disposed on the inner side of the tread of a vehicle tire, obtaining the load and mass center position of the vehicle, the cornering stiffness parameter and the optimal rotation angle of a front wheel through processing, and further controlling the whole vehicle to steer. When the system is applied to a commercial cargo-carrying vehicle, the control precision can be improved, so that the turning angle of a steering wheel is reduced to a certain extent, and the safety, comfort and stability of vehicle driving are improved.
