A method for assembling a combined block pipe joint of an aircraft actuator hydraulic system is used for realizing accurate assembly between a bent pipe joint and a combined block base, and comprises the following steps: firstly, respectively exporting a vertical distance from an intersection point of two central axes of a first bent joint and a second bent joint to a datum plane at the upper end of the combined block base by adopting a measurement datum conversion component; and then the assembly size B capable of achieving measurement is determined according to the exported numerical value, and then the assembly size B capable of achieving measurement serves as the reference size, and the assembly tool for the combined block of the aircraft actuator hydraulic system is used for completing assembly of the bent connector on the combined block. According to the method for assembling the combined block pipe joint of the hydraulic system of the aircraft actuator, the requirement for the assembling size of the bent pipe joint on the combined block in the aircraft maintenance process is met, and the purposes of guaranteeing the aircraft maintenance quality and safe flight are achieved.

    一种飞机作动器液压系统组合块管接头装配方法,用于实现弯管接头与组合块底座之间的精准装配,它首先采用测量基准转换组件分别将第一弯接头、第二弯接头的两条中心轴线交点距组合块底座上端基准面垂直距离导出,再根据导出的数值确定可实现测量的装配尺寸B,然后以可实现测量的装配尺寸B作为基准尺寸,再借助飞机作动器液压系统组合块装配工装完成组合块上弯接头的装配。本发明所述的飞机作动器液压系统组合块管接头装配方法满足了飞机维修过程中组合块上弯管接头装配尺寸要求,达到了保证飞机维修质量和安全飞行的目的。
