The invention provides a battery replacement device, method, device and system for supplying power to an unmanned aerial vehicle. The battery replacement equipment comprises N battery slots, each battery slot is used for loading a battery, and N is greater than or equal to 2; the power supply circuit is electrically connected to a power supply loop of the unmanned aerial vehicle and is matched with the N battery slots, so that m discharge batteries in the n batteries loaded in the N battery slots supply power to the unmanned aerial vehicle, n is smaller than or equal to N, and 1 is smaller than or equal to mlt; n; the first controller is used for sending a rotation instruction under the condition that the m discharge batteries cannot meet the electricity demand of the unmanned aerial vehicle; and the rotating mechanism is electrically connected to the first controller and is used for driving the battery slot position and/or the power supply circuit to rotate in response to a rotating instruction, so that at least one standby battery except the m discharge batteries in the n batteries is electrically connected to a power supply loop of the unmanned aerial vehicle to supply power to the unmanned aerial vehicle. The method can improve the endurance time and mileage of the unmanned aerial vehicle.
