The invention discloses a ship structure platform lightening hole based on optimized design of anti-falling square steel, which comprises a platform plate, a plurality of lightening hole groups are distributed on the platform plate, each lightening hole group contains a plurality of first lightening holes, the first lightening holes are in the shape of elongated kidney-shaped holes, and the first lightening holes are arranged in parallel on the platform plate along the same direction. The platform plates between every two adjacent first lightening holes in the lightening hole groups form a supporting batten, the platform plates between the lightening hole groups form spacing battens, and the formed supporting battens, spacing battens and the platform plates are located on the same plane; a plurality of lightening hole groups enable the surface of the platform plate to form a grid-shaped water-permeable hole plate; and the peripheral contour of a lightening hole group formed by the plurality of first lightening holes is in a rounded rectangle shape. According to the optimized design, a manufacturing drawing and an installation drawing of the anti-falling square steel in a related area are omitted, the design task of a production designer is reduced, meanwhile, welding of the anti-falling square steel on segments and zinc paint plating are reduced in the production process, and the working procedures are simplified.
本发明公开了一种基于防坠方钢优化设计的船舶结构平台减轻孔,包括平台板,平台板上分布有若干减轻孔组,每个减轻孔组内含有多个第一减轻孔,第一减轻孔呈长条形腰孔状,第一减轻孔在平台板上均沿同一方向平行设置,减轻孔组内相邻两个第一减轻孔之间的平台板形成支撑条板,减轻孔组之间的平台板形成间隔条板,使形成的支撑条板、间隔条板与平台板位于同一平面上;若干减轻孔组使平台板表面形成格栅状透水孔板;多个第一减轻孔组成的减轻孔组的外围轮廓为圆角矩形状。经本发明的优化设计,取消了相关区域防坠方钢的制作图、安装图,减轻了生产设计师的设计任务,同时生产上减少防坠方钢的在分段上焊接、以及镀锌油漆,工序得到简化。
