The invention discloses a hybrid power ship propulsion control system with an energy efficiency management function, which comprises a propulsion motor, a clutch gearbox assembly, a main controller, a big data expert analysis system and a human-computer interface, propeller blades are installed on the full-rotation steering oar propeller, a blade angle controller connected with the main controller is arranged on the propeller blades, the full-rotation steering oar propeller is connected with the propelling motor, and the full-rotation steering oar propeller is further provided with a rudder angle controller connected with the main controller. The diesel engine and the propulsion motor are respectively provided with a diesel engine rotating speed controller and a propulsion rotating speed governor which are connected with the main controller; the invention further discloses a control method. According to the hybrid power propulsion system for direct propulsion/electric propulsion of the diesel engine, the designed system is high in artificial intelligence degree, and the ship energy efficiency and the energy conservation and emission reduction benefits are improved.

    本发明公开了一种具有能效管理功能的混合动力船舶推进控制系统,包括推进电机、离合器齿轮箱总成、主控制器以及大数据专家分析系统和人机界面,离合器齿轮箱总成分别连接全回转舵桨推进器和柴油机,全回转舵桨推进器上安装有推进器桨叶,推进器桨叶上设置有与主控制器连接的桨叶角度控制器,全回转舵桨推进器与推进电机连接,还设置有与主控制器连接的舵角控制器,柴油机和推进电机上分别设置有与主控制器连接的柴油机转速控制器和推进转速调速器;还公开了其控制方法;本发明针对柴油机直接推进/电力推进的混合动力推进系统,设计的系统人工智能程度高,提高了船舶能效和节能减排效益。
