The invention relates to a method and device for an aviation aircraft to adopt relative motion air kinetic energy. The method is technically characterized in that a relative movement air kinetic energy recoil thrust generating device is arranged on the aviation aircraft, and the relative movement air kinetic energy is expanded at high power by continuously utilizing the navigational speed of the aviation aircraft twice and becomes huge mechanical kinetic energy for pushing the aviation aircraft to rapidly advance; therefore, the excellent technical effects of zero energy consumption, huge load capacity and infinite voyage of the space shuttle are achieved.
