    本发明提供一种监测摩擦片厚度的方法、装置、控制器及存储介质,方法包括:控制副主缸电机将右前制动钳和左后制动钳中的制动液全部抽出,控制副主缸电机对右前制动钳进行制动液补液,根据对右前制动钳补液的制动液体积计算得到右前制动钳的容积;控制副主缸电机对右前制动钳和左后制动钳进行制动液补液,根据对右前制动钳和左后制动钳补液的制动液体积计算得到右前制动钳和左后制动钳的容积;计算得到左后制动钳的容积;计算车辆行驶预设里程前右前制动钳的容积与车辆行驶预设里程后右前制动钳的容积的容积差,根据容积差和右前活塞的缸径,计算得到右前轮摩擦片磨损的厚度,本发明实现了对摩擦片厚度的实时监控。
