The invention discloses a quantitative adjusting device for the suspension height of a crawler chassis. The quantitative adjusting device comprises a flow meter, a flow stop valve and a suspension control box. The invention further provides a quantitative adjustment method for the suspension height of the crawler chassis. According to the technical scheme, quantitative adjustment of the suspension height of the crawler chassis can be relatively simply achieved, the influence of environmental factors on suspension height adjustment is effectively avoided, and a suspension system of the crawler chassis is slightly changed in the implementation process and is practical; each loading wheel adopts an independent measuring element, so that the structure of the crawler chassis suspension height adjusting device is effectively simplified; and a fault-tolerant mechanism is adopted, so that the reliability of suspension height adjustment is further improved.

    本发明公开了一种履带底盘悬挂高度定量调节装置,包括流量计、流量切断阀、悬挂控制盒。本发明还提供了一种履带底盘悬挂高度定量调节方法。通过本发明的技术方案,可相对简单地实现对履带底盘悬挂高度的定量调节,有效避免环境因素对悬挂高度调节的影响,在实现过程中对履带底盘悬挂系统的改动较小,比较实用;而且每个负重轮采用单独的测量元件,有效地简化了履带底盘悬挂高度调节装置的结构;采用容错机制,进一步提高悬挂高度调节的可靠性。
