The invention discloses a public safety monitoring system. The public safety monitoring system comprises a step detection module for detecting surface stress data and vibration amplitude of each step of an escalator; the laser scanning module obtains three-dimensional point cloud data of each step; the first processing module processes the three-dimensional point cloud data to obtain cascade crack data and a three-dimensional real-time model; the comparison module is used for establishing a three-dimensional coordinate system, and comparing coordinate points on the three-dimensional real-time model with coordinate points on the standard cascade model to obtain a cascade deformation volume; the prediction module inputs the surface stress data, the vibration amplitude, the step crack data and the step deformation volume of each step into a crack prediction model to obtain predicted crack data; the second processing module performs processing according to the predicted crack data and the crack threshold value data to obtain a crack risk degree, and generates a stop instruction when the crack risk degree is greater than a preset risk threshold value; the control module controls the escalator to stop running according to the stop instruction. The use safety of the stairs is improved.

    本发明公开了一种公共安全监测系统,包括梯级检测模块检测自动扶梯的各梯级上的表面应力数据和振动幅度;激光扫描模块获取得到各梯级的三维点云数据;第一处理模块对三维点云数据进行处理得到梯级裂缝数据以及三维实时模型;比较模块建立三维坐标系,并将三维实时模型与标准梯级模型上的各坐标点进行比较做差得到梯级形变体积;预测模块将各梯级的表面应力数据、振动幅度、梯级裂缝数据以及梯级形变体积输入裂缝预测模型得到预测裂缝数据;第二处理模块根据预测裂缝数据与裂缝阈值数据处理得到裂缝风险程度,在裂缝风险程度大于预设的风险阈值时生成停止指令;控制模块根据停止指令控制自动扶梯停止运行。本发明提升了梯级使用安全性。
