The crane winch control hydraulic valve comprises a valve body, a valve rod used for controlling opening and closing of an oil port is arranged in the valve body, hydraulic pressure corresponding to the angle of a winch handle acts on the left end face and the right end face of the valve rod, and the valve rod is used for adjusting working conditions; a U-shaped throttling groove is formed in the position, at a fourth throttling opening, of a hydraulic valve rod along the cylindrical surface, an annular groove is formed in the position, at the fourth throttling opening, of a valve body, an overflow valve is installed on the valve body, the annular groove is communicated with an oil inlet of the overflow valve through an oil channel in the valve body, and a containing cavity T is communicated with an oil outlet of the overflow valve. An arc-shaped throttling groove is formed in the third throttling opening of the valve rod; when the valve rod is located in the middle position, the third throttling opening is a positive opening. The invention provides a hydraulic valve which is applied to a crane winch and can improve jogging and shaking of the winch during hoisting. When the winch motor rotates at a low speed, return oil of the motor firstly passes through the overflow valve to return oil, return oil back pressure provided by the overflow valve can stabilize the rotating speed of the motor during low-speed operation, and undesirable phenomena of winch jittering and jittering are avoided.

    本发明公开了一种起重机卷扬控制液压阀,包括阀体,所述阀体内设有用于控制油口启闭的阀杆,阀杆的左右端面作用有与卷扬手柄角度相应的液压压力,用于调节工况;液压阀阀杆在第四节流口处沿圆柱面设有U型节流槽,阀体在第四节流口处设有环形槽,阀体上安装有溢流阀,环形槽与溢流阀进油口通过阀体上的油道相通,容腔T与溢流阀出油口连通;阀杆在第三节流口处设有圆弧形节流槽;当阀杆处于中位时,第三节流口为正开口。本发明提出一种应用于起重机卷扬,能够改善卷扬起升微动抖动的液压阀。卷扬马达低速转动时,马达回油先经过溢流阀回油,溢流阀提供的回油背压可以稳定马达低速运转时的转速,避免产生卷扬顿挫、抖动不良现象。
