A vehicle control device for controlling a vehicle which is parked in response to a request from a desired occupant and which causes the desired occupant to ride is provided with a parking candidate extraction unit, a first movement time calculation unit, a second movement time calculation unit, a standby time calculation unit, and a parking place determination unit. The parking candidate place extraction unit extracts a candidate place for a parking place where a vehicle is parked in order to cause a desired occupant to ride. The first movement time calculation unit calculates a first movement time, which is a time required for a passenger to move to a candidate place. The second movement time calculation unit calculates a second movement time, which is a time required for the vehicle to move to the candidate place. The standby time calculation unit calculates the standby time of the vehicle at the candidate location on the basis of the first movement time and the second movement time. When the standby time is equal to or less than a parking time preset for the candidate place, the parking place specifying unit specifies the candidate place as a parking place.

    车辆控制装置是对根据希望乘车者的请求而停车,并使希望乘车者乘车的车辆进行控制的车辆控制装置,并具备:停车候选地提取部、第一移动时间运算部、第二移动时间运算部、待机时间运算部、停车地确定部。停车候选地提取部对于为了使希望乘车者乘车而使车辆停车的停车地,提取出候选地。第一移动时间运算部运算希望乘车者向候选地移动所需要的时间即第一移动时间。第二移动时间运算部运算车辆向候选地移动所需要的时间即第二移动时间。待机时间运算部基于第一移动时间和第二移动时间,运算车辆在候选地的待机时间。在待机时间为对候选地预先设定的停车时间以下时,停车地确定部将该候选地确定为停车地。
