The invention discloses an expressway traffic prediction method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and is used for solving the technical problem that an existing expressway traffic prediction method is low in prediction accuracy. The method comprises the following steps: determining a to-be-analyzed road section of the highway; obtaining the road section flow of the to-be-analyzed road section within a preset duration before the current moment; the preset duration comprises a plurality of time nodes; calculating the spectral density of the road section flow, and determining the size of a time window according to the spectral density; determining a characteristic flow time period of each time node in the road section flow according to the size of the time window; calculating the traffic characteristics of the corresponding time nodes by adopting the characteristic traffic time periods; and inputting the traffic features into a pre-trained adaptive space-time diagram convolutional recurrent neural network to obtain a highway traffic prediction result.

    本发明公开了一种高速公路流量预测方法、装置、电子设备及存储介质,用于解决现有的高速公路流量预测方法预测准确率低的技术问题。本发明包括:确定所述高速公路的待分析路段;获取所述待分析路段当前时刻之前预设时长内的路段流量;所述预设时长内包括若干个时间节点;计算所述路段流量的波谱密度,并根据所述波谱密度确定时间窗口大小;根据所述时间窗口大小在所述路段流量中确定各时间节点的特征流量时段;采用所述特征流量时段计算对应的时间节点的流量特征;将所述流量特征输入预训练的自适应时空图卷积循环神经网络,得到高速公路流量预测结果。
