The invention relates to a fuel cell power system for a vehicle. The fuel cell power system includes: a cell stack including a plurality of unit cells stacked on each other; a boost converter configured to boost an output from the cell stack and to use the boosted output as a main power output; a supercapacitor configured to be charged with power generated in the cell stack to generate auxiliary power; and a load terminal connected to the boost converter instead of the stack to receive the main power and to the supercapacitor to receive the auxiliary power to be driven.
