Wherein the clamping seat is in sliding connection with the supporting seat, and the translation driving assembly is arranged between the supporting seat and the clamping seat and used for driving the clamping seat to move in the first direction; the clamping and grabbing assembly is arranged at the end, opposite to the supporting base in the first direction, of the clamping base and comprises two clamping arms and clamping blocks arranged at the ends of the clamping arms. The first elastic assembly is arranged at the end, opposite to the supporting base in the first direction, of the clamping base, and the knob mechanism comprises a second elastic assembly connected with the clamping base and an unlocking assembly connected with the second elastic assembly. According to the unmanned aerial vehicle battery replacement manipulator, through the arrangement of the first elastic assembly and the second elastic assembly, impact between the manipulator and a battery is effectively buffered, and the service life of the battery is prolonged.
