The invention relates to a gradient energy absorption device with spiral inner ribs, and relates to the field of new energy automobile body structure design, the gradient energy absorption device comprises an energy absorption main body and the spiral inner ribs capable of triggering the energy absorption main body to generate plastic stranded wires, the energy absorption main body is of a hollow structure with two open ends, and the spiral inner ribs are connected to the inner wall of the energy absorption main body through laser welding. The width, the thickness and the screw pitch of the spiral inner rib are obtained by optimizing a collision performance comprehensive index, the width of the spiral inner rib is smaller than or equal to 10% of the characteristic size of the energy absorption main body, and the thickness of the spiral inner rib is smaller than or equal to 60% of the characteristic thickness of the energy absorption main body; and the line number of the spiral inner ribs is optimally set according to a collision performance comprehensive index. By means of the gradient energy absorption device with the spiral inner ribs, regulation and control over the plastic stranded wires of the energy absorption body can be achieved, and therefore peak force is reduced, the energy dissipation capacity is improved, and collision force-displacement curve fluctuation is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种带螺旋内筋的梯度吸能装置,涉及新能源汽车车身结构设计领域,包括吸能主体和能够触发吸能主体产生塑性绞线的螺旋内筋,所述吸能主体为两端开口的中空状结构,所述螺旋内筋通过激光焊接连接在吸能主体的内壁,所述螺旋内筋宽度、螺旋内筋厚度和螺旋内筋螺距根据碰撞性能综合指标优化获得,所述螺旋内筋宽度小于等于吸能主体特征尺寸的10%,所述螺旋内筋厚度小于等于吸能主体特征厚度的60%,所述螺旋内筋的线数根据碰撞性能综合指标优化设置。通过本发明提出的带螺旋内筋的梯度吸能装置,可以实现吸能主体塑性绞线的调控,从而降低峰值力、提高耗能能力和减小碰撞力‑位移曲线波动。
