The invention discloses a fuel cell system load changing method based on electrochemical impedance and a control system thereof. The method comprises the following steps: applying high-frequency disturbance and intermediate-frequency disturbance to a fuel cell system; judging whether the acquired high-frequency ohmic impedance value is within a first preset range value or not; when the high-frequency ohmic impedance value is within a first preset range value, judging whether a corresponding intermediate-frequency phase angle in the acquired intermediate-frequency impedance value is within a second preset range value or not; and when the intermediate-frequency phase angle is within a second preset range value, reaching the target power at the standard loading rate, and if the high-frequency ohmic impedance value is within the first preset range and the intermediate-frequency impedance phase angle is within the second preset range, operating according to normal parameters. According to the method, the impedance monitoring time can be greatly shortened, the load pulling strategy can be adjusted in real time, destructive load pulling in the fuel cell in a membrane dry or water plugging state can be effectively avoided after load changing, and the durability and the use stability of the fuel cell can be prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种基于电化学阻抗的燃料电池系统变载方法及其控制系统,包括对燃料电池系统施加高频扰动与中频扰动;判断采集的高频欧姆阻抗数值是否处于第一预设范围值内;在高频欧姆阻抗数值处于第一预设范围值时,判断采集的中频阻抗数值中对应的中频相位角是否处于第二预设范围值内;在中频相位角处于第二预设范围值内时,以标准拉载速率至目标功率若同时满足高频欧姆阻抗数值处于第一预设范围且中频阻抗相位角处于第二预设范围时,按照正常参数运行。本发明可极大程度上缩短阻抗监测时间,可对拉载策略进行实时的调整,在变载后可有效避免燃料电池内部在膜干或者堵水状态下的破坏性拉载,有利于延长燃料电池的耐久性以及使用稳定性。
