The invention relates to a casing pipe gauge pile system for a small wind power operation and maintenance ship and an operation method. The system comprises a casing pipe gauge pile, a warping winch, a hydraulic pile embracing device, a hydraulic jacking push rod and a plug pin fixing device. The hydraulic pile embracing device and the warping winch are respectively connected with a main deck of the small operation and maintenance ship; the inner side of the hydraulic pile-embracing device is arranged on the edge of the main deck, and the outer side is suspended; the cable winch is located at the position close to the inner side of the hydraulic pile embracing device, the hydraulic jacking push rod is vertically arranged on the outer side of the hydraulic pile embracing device, and the plug pin fixing device is connected above the hydraulic jacking push rod. And the sleeve positioning pile vertically penetrates through the outer sides of the bolt fixing device and the hydraulic pile holding device. The problems that a conventional positioning pile system adopted by the small wind power operation and maintenance ship is poor in stability and adaptability are solved, the pile pitching positioning function of the small wind power operation and maintenance ship under various water depth conditions within 55 meters is achieved, the problem that a single positioning pile needed by a small ship under the relatively large water depth is too long is solved, the structure is relatively simple, use and operation are flexible, and the cost is low. The applicable water depth range is large.

    本发明涉及一种用于小型风电运维船的套管定位桩系统及操作方法,该系统包括套管定位桩、绞缆机、液压抱桩装置、液压顶升推杆、插销固定装置;液压抱桩装置与绞缆机分别与小型运维船的主甲板相连;液压抱桩装置的内侧设置在主甲板边缘,外侧悬空;绞缆机位于靠近液压抱桩装置内侧的位置,液压顶升推杆竖直置于液压抱桩装置外侧之上,上方连接插销固定装置;套管定位桩竖直穿过插销固定装置和液压抱桩装置外侧。解决了小型风电运维船采用的常规定位桩系统稳定性差、适配性差的问题,实现小型风电运维船在55米以内各种水深情况下的插桩定位功能,解决小船在相对大水深下所需单根定位桩过长的问题,且结构相对简单,使用操作灵活,适用水深范围大。
