The invention belongs to the field of wave compensation, and provides a high-integration semi-active compensation device and an offshore hoisting system and method. The high-integration semi-active compensation device comprises an integrated wave compensation structure composed of an active wave compensation unit and a passive wave compensation unit. The passive wave compensation unit is composed of a hydraulic cylinder mechanism and used for providing passive compensation energy. The active wave compensation unit is composed of linear motors, the linear motors are symmetrically placed on the two sides with the central axis of the hydraulic cylinder mechanism as the axis, and the linear motors are used for providing active wave compensation energy and can give consideration to large weight, high efficiency and high control precision. The device has the advantages of simple structure, good control effect, small weight and size, deck space saving, high stability and compensation precision and low energy consumption.
