    本发明公开了一种盐光互补水上光伏组件安装设备及施工方法,包括浮箱和配重及基座,配重及基座的上方竖直焊接有立柱,配重及基座上方一侧竖直焊接有第一液压杆,立柱的顶端通过轴连接有伸缩臂,伸缩臂的上方间隔预留有第二液压杆,第二液压杆的一端通过轴连接在立柱上,第一液压杆的顶端通过轴旋转和伸缩臂的底端所连接,第一液压杆和伸缩臂的另一端通过轴连接有框架。本发明有益效果:能够方便的实现使光伏组件能够稳定的进行移动工作,方便后续由人工进行螺栓固定;通过设置有浮箱、地锚、挂浆机和抱桩装置,能够方便进行在水面上进行稳定的水平移动,且在移动至指定位置的时候,能够快速的得到有效的固定工作。
