The invention discloses an automobile electronic stability system fault diagnosis and fault tolerance method based on analysis redundancy. The method comprises the following steps: S1, acquiring vehicle state parameters by using related sensors; s2, performing fusion estimation on the side slip angle of the vehicle by using a Kalman filtering algorithm and a direct integration method to obtain a side slip angle fusion estimation result; s3, according to a side slip angle fusion estimation result, a sensor redundancy observer is established in combination with vehicle state parameters; and S4, based on the sensor redundancy observer, establishing fault diagnosis and a fault diagnosis compensation mechanism under different driving states of the vehicle. By accurately detecting and analyzing yaw velocity and lateral acceleration sensor faults, available sensor signals are provided for the ESP system under the condition that the sensors have faults, and the function safety performance of the ESP system of the intelligent electric vehicle is improved.

    本发明公开了基于解析冗余的汽车电子稳定系统故障诊断及容错方法,包括以下步骤:S1、利用相关传感器获取车辆状态参数;S2、利用卡尔曼滤波算法和直接积分法对车辆的质心侧偏角进行融合估计,获得质心侧偏角融合估计结果;S3、根据质心侧偏角融合估计结果,结合车辆状态参数建立传感器冗余观测器;S4、基于传感器冗余观测器,建立车辆不同行驶状态下的故障诊断及故障诊断补偿机制。本发明通过精确地检测并分析横摆角速度及侧向加速度传感器故障,在传感器故障情况下为ESP系统提供可用传感器信号,提升智能电动汽车的ESP系统功能安全性能。
