The invention discloses an intelligent AI image anti-collision system of an industrial forklift, and belongs to the technical field of monitoring. The objective of the invention is to solve the problem of lack of an anti-collision system for forklift control in the prior art. The magnetic field signal collection and transmission unit is used for collecting the magnetic field intensity between the second arc-shaped three-dimensional magnetic field and the first arc-shaped three-dimensional magnetic field in real time and sending the magnetic field intensity to the central processing unit; the infrared induction surveying and mapping unit is used for collecting an infrared image between the first arc-shaped three-dimensional magnetic field and the second arc-shaped three-dimensional magnetic field after receiving the trigger signal, and sending the infrared image to the central processing unit; the central processing unit is used for comparing the magnetic field intensity received in real time with the pre-stored magnetic field intensity, and sending a trigger signal to the infrared induction surveying and mapping unit when the magnetic field intensity is inconsistent with the pre-stored magnetic field intensity; the central processing unit is further used for determining the distance between the forklift and a person or an object from the infrared image, and when the distance reaches the braking distance preset in the central processing unit, a braking system on the forklift is controlled through the braking unit to conduct braking. The anti-collision device is used for preventing the forklift from colliding with people or objects.

    工业叉车智能AI影像防撞系统,属于监控技术领域。本发明的目的是为了解决现有缺少对叉车管控的防撞系统的问题。磁场信号收集传输单元,用于实时采集二号弧形立体磁场与一号弧形立体磁场之间的磁场强度,发送给中央处理器;红外感应测绘单元,接收到触发信号后,采集两个一号弧形立体磁场和二号弧形立体磁场之间的红外图像,发送至中央处理器;中央处理器,用于将实时接收到的磁场强度与预存磁场强度比对,二者不一致时,则向红外感应测绘单元发送触发信号;还用于从所述红外图像中确定叉车距离人或物体的距离,当该距离达到中央处理器内部预设的刹车距离时,通过刹车制动单元控制叉车上的刹车系统进行刹车。本发明用于防止叉车撞击到人或物体。
