The embodiment of the invention discloses a multi-source low-power-consumption wake-up circuit and a brake-by-wire system thereof. The wake-up source comprises a wake-up starting module, a power supply module, a wake-up sampling module and an MCU (Microprogrammed Control Unit) module, and at least two wake-up sources comprise a brake pedal sensor. At least two wake-up sources are arranged, so that when one wake-up source breaks down, the remaining wake-up sources can still send out wake-up signals, each wake-up source comprises a brake pedal sensor, one end of each brake pedal sensor is electrically connected with a brake pedal, and the other end of each brake pedal sensor is electrically connected with a wake-up starting module through a wire. Therefore, the stability and speed of wake-up signal transmission are improved, it is guaranteed that the wake-up circuit can be started in time when the brake pedal is stepped down, and therefore it is guaranteed that the brake-by-wire is in the working state; and meanwhile, the whole wake-up circuit is controlled by the wake-up starting module to be connected to an external power supply only during working, so that the power supply module provides electric energy for the whole wake-up circuit, and the power consumption of the wake-up circuit during dormancy is reduced.
本发明实施例公开了一种多源低功耗唤醒电路及其线控制动系统。其包括唤醒启动模块、电源模块、唤醒采样模块及MCU模块,所述唤醒源至少有两个,其中包括制动踏板传感器。通过设置至少两个唤醒源,以便一个唤醒源出现故障时,剩余的唤醒源仍可以发出唤醒信号,而唤醒源中包括制动踏板传感器,制动踏板传感器的一端与制动踏板电连接,另一端通过导线与唤醒启动模块电连接,从而提升唤醒信号传输的稳定性与速率,保证唤醒电路在制动踏板被踩下时可以被及时启动,从而保证线控制动处于工作状态;同时通过唤醒启动模块控制整个唤醒电路只有在工作时才接入外部电源,使得电源模块为整个唤醒电路提供电能,从而降低唤醒电路休眠时的功耗。
