The invention discloses an aircraft tire component flex test device and method, and relates to the technical field of aircraft tire testing. The aircraft tire component flex test device comprises a base, a first vertical bracket, a horizontal bracket, an upper clamp, a second vertical bracket, a lower clamp, a reciprocating cylinder, a piston rod, a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), a protection plate, a temperature sensor and an air compressor, the air compressor is used for controlling the upper clamp and the lower clamp to clamp the aircraft tire part sample; the PLC is used for controlling starting of the reciprocating air cylinder so as to drive the upper clamp to do reciprocating motion. The protection plate is used for ensuring safe proceeding of the aircraft tire component flex test; the temperature sensor is used for measuring the temperature of each part of the aircraft tire part sample in real time. According to the invention, part-level flex tests can be carried out on tire sections of different specifications, the number of dynamic simulation tests is effectively reduced, and the enterprise cost is reduced while the research work efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种航空轮胎部件屈挠试验装置及方法,涉及航空轮胎测试技术领域。航空轮胎部件屈挠试验装置包括:底座、第一竖直支架、水平支架、上夹具、第二竖直支架、下夹具、往复气缸、活塞杆、PLC控制器、防护板、温度传感器以及空气压缩机;空气压缩机用于控制上夹具和下夹具夹紧航空轮胎部件试样;PLC控制器用于控制往复气缸的启动,从而带动上夹具进行往复运动;防护板用于保证航空轮胎部件屈挠试验的安全进行;温度传感器用于实时测量航空轮胎部件试样各部位的温度。本发明能够对不同规格轮胎断面进行部件级屈挠试验,有效降低动态模拟试验次数,提高研究工作效率的同时降低企业成本。
