The invention provides a cluster unmanned aerial vehicle folding wing unfolding driving system and method. The system comprises a gas cylinder, an electromagnetic valve, a cylinder assembly, a transmission assembly, a locking assembly, a wing assembly, a pipeline and a wing rotating shaft. According to the unfolding driving system, high-pressure gas serves as a power source, an electromagnetic valve serves as a power control element, a gas cylinder serves as a power storage element, and an air cylinder serves as a power execution element. Compared with gunpowder fuel gas driving, the system has the advantages of being low in danger, low in operation requirement, capable of being repeatedly used, low in cost, convenient to transport and use, adjustable in gas source pressure, free of pollution and the like; and compared with an elastic element, the device has the advantages of large instantaneous thrust, small occupied structural space, convenience in operation and the like.
