The invention relates to an electric vehicle dynamic regulation and control method and system considering zone area transformer constraint, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the charging at a constant frequency or entering a regulation and control algorithm to regulate and control the charging power based on the charging mode selection of an electric vehicle connected to a charging pile, and carrying out the calculation to obtain the total demand load of the electric vehicle connected to the charging pile; adding the charging load of the electric vehicle newly connected to the charging pile and the total demand load of the electric vehicle already connected to the charging pile to obtain a total demand load; the total demand load is compared with a set proportion of a station area rated load, and a regulation and control strategy module is entered according to a comparison result for orderly charging regulation and control or continuous charging; the power regulation and control algorithm is few in variable and short in time, the problem of poor convergence is effectively solved, and the operation efficiency is improved; and the charging power is regulated and controlled through a regulation and control algorithm, so that the load of the transformer area is minimum under the condition of meeting the charging requirement of a user.

    一种考虑台区变压器约束的电动汽车动态调控方法及系统,包括:基于已接入充电桩的电动汽车的充电模式选择以恒定频率进行充电或进入调控算法对充电功率进行调控,并计算得到已接入充电桩的电动汽车的总需求负荷;将新接入充电桩的电动汽车的充电负荷与所述已接入充电桩的电动汽车的总需求负荷相加,得到总的需求负荷;基于所述总的需求负荷与台区额定负荷的设定比例进行比较,根据比较结果进入调控控制策略模块进行有序充电调控或继续充电;本发明中的功率调控算法变量少、时间短有效解决了收敛差的问题,还提升了运行效率使;通过调控算法对充电功率进行调控,满足用户充电需求的情况下使台区负荷最小。
