The invention belongs to the technical field of helicopter transmission system design, and discloses a multi-fulcrum ultra-long helicopter necking tail transmission shaft and an assembling method thereof. Comprising a tail shaft tube, a plurality of bearing assemblies installed on the tail shaft tube and connector structures connected with the two ends of the tail shaft tube. A necking structure is arranged at one end of the tail shaft tube; the plurality of bearing assemblies are respectively mounted at preset fulcrum positions of the tail shaft tube through the necking structures; and at least one of the joint structures connected with the two ends of the tail shaft tube is of a spline structure. Therefore, the multi-fulcrum ultra-long helicopter necking tail transmission shaft is formed. And a new configuration of the helicopter tail transmission shaft design is expanded.
