The invention provides a method for a girder transporting vehicle to carry a bridge girder erection machine to integrally pass through a tunnel. The girder transporting vehicle and a carrying support are used in the method. The method comprises the following steps that S1, a front carrying support is hoisted and fixed to a front beam transporting vehicle, and a rear carrying support is hoisted and fixed to a rear beam transporting vehicle; s2, the rear supporting leg is turned over and lifted up, the front beam transporting vehicle and the rear beam transporting vehicle run to the position between the middle supporting leg and the rear supporting leg, and the rear supporting leg is turned over and supported on the beam face; s3, the middle supporting leg is contracted to leave the ground, the front crane carriage drives the middle supporting leg to move to the position close to the front supporting leg, and the middle supporting leg is supported in place; s4, the front beam transporting vehicle and the rear beam transporting vehicle respectively walk to a carrying position; s5, the front supporting leg, the middle supporting leg and the rear supporting leg of the bridge girder erection machine alternately descend, and the machine arm falls on the carrying support; s6, the middle supporting legs are contracted and suspended, and the middle supporting legs are rotated relative to the machine arms and fixed; the front supporting legs, the rear supporting legs and the front auxiliary supporting legs are all retracted to leave the ground. The transfer efficiency of the bridge girder erection machine is improved.

    本发明提供一种运梁车驮运架桥机整体过隧道的方法,方法使用到运梁车及驮运支架;方法包括以下步骤:步骤S1,将前驮运支架吊装并固定在前运梁车上,将后驮运支架吊装并固定在后运梁车上;步骤S2,后支腿翻折抬起,前运梁车与后运梁车行驶至中支腿与后支腿之间,后支腿翻折支撑在梁面上;步骤S3,中支腿收缩离地,前起重小车驱动中支腿移动至靠近前支腿位置,中支腿到位支撑;步骤S4,前运梁车与后运梁车分别走行至驮运位;步骤S5,架桥机前支腿、中支腿与后支腿交替下降,将机臂落在驮运支架上;步骤S6,中支腿收缩悬空,将中支腿相对于机臂旋转,并进行固定;前支腿、后支腿以及前辅助支腿均收缩离地。提高了架桥机转运效率。
