The invention provides a rolling mill stand hoisting device and a use method. The device comprises a plurality of pull rods; comprising a plurality of suspension arms, each suspension arm is provided with at least one connecting hole, and a plurality of pull rods are rotatably connected in the at least one connecting hole to clamp the rack; each supporting component is connected with the multiple pull rods for supporting; the sliding connection between each pull rod and the suspension arm and the supporting part can be optimized; the suspension component comprises a hoisting part which is rotationally connected with the plurality of suspension arms; lifting lugs can be arranged on the lifting arm, the lifting component and the pull rod to switch the lifting mode. The invention provides a using method of a rolling mill rack hoisting device. A rack is hoisted through cooperation of pulling force of a plurality of pull rods and a crane.     本发明提供一种轧机机架吊装装置及使用方法,装置包括多个拉杆;包括若干吊臂的悬吊构件,每个吊臂开设至少一个连接孔,至少一个连接孔内转动连接若干拉杆以卡接机架;至少一个支撑部件,每个支撑部件与多个拉杆连接以支撑;可优化每个拉杆与吊臂、支撑部件滑动连接;悬吊构件包括吊装部件,其与若干吊臂转动连接;可在吊臂、吊装部件、拉杆设置吊耳以切换起吊方式。本发明提供轧机机架吊装装置的使用方法,通过若干拉杆拉力与起重机配合起吊机架。本发明的有益效果是可适用不同尺寸、形状的机架悬吊;可切换起吊方式提高吊装安全性;可拆卸装配式结构便于安装或拆卸、施工效率高、结构简单、重量轻、运输占用体积小、具有降本增效的优点。
