The present invention relates to a full-pressure garment ventilation system, a ventilation control method and a cabin, the system comprising: a full-pressure garment comprising a garment body forming an internal area for maintaining a set air distribution ratio and a ventilation assembly; the ventilation adjusting assembly is configured to adaptively adjust ventilation parameters of different areas in the full-pressure garment in response to the monitored internal and external environment information of the full-pressure garment so as to meet the air distribution proportions set in the different areas, and/or feed corresponding gaseous media into the different areas of the full-pressure garment and perform gas exchange with the outside so as to adjust the ventilation parameters of the different areas of the full-pressure garment. Therefore, a constant environment which is maintained in a set range value is provided. The method responds to the monitored internal and external environment information of the full-pressure garment, the partition air volume distribution proportion and/or partition gas medium feeding in the full-pressure garment are/is adjusted in a self-adaptive mode, the flexible and effective ventilation control process is applied to the full-pressure garment, a constant environment is provided for a user, and the user experience is improved. And adverse effects on a user caused by harsh environment and condition changes can be effectively avoided.
