The invention relates to a self-interpretation-based traffic safety improvement system for a left-turn road section of an expressway. The highway left-turn road section traffic safety improving system is divided into three grades, namely a small-radius curve system with the radius range being 800 m or below, a medium-radius curve system with the radius range being 800-1500 m and a large-radius curve system with the radius range being 1500 m or above according to the radius of a curve. According to the method, traffic safety facility combinations with different densities and different heights are applied, the curve illusion is reasonably regulated and controlled, the curvature perception ability of a driver is improved, the visual range of light reflecting facilities is enlarged, the brightness and contrast of key visual information of the curve environment are improved, and the curve building boundary is defined; the highway curve traffic safety control system can assist drivers in decelerating, improving the driving tension and attracting the attention of the drivers, thereby improving the highway curve traffic safety, and is suitable for one-way three-lane highway curve sections with the speed limit of 100-120km/h.

    本发明涉及一种基于自解释的高速公路左转弯路段交通安全提升系统,所述高速公路左转弯路段交通安全提升系统按照弯道曲线半径划分为半径范围为800m以下的小半径弯道曲线系统、半径范围为800~1500m的中半径弯道曲线系统和半径范围为1500m以上大半径弯道曲线系统三个等级。本发明应用不同密度、不同高度的交安设施组合,合理调控弯道错觉,提升驾驶人曲率感知能力,增大了反光设施的可视范围,提高弯道环境的关键视觉信息的亮度和对比度,明确弯道建筑界限;帮助驾驶人减速,提升行驶紧张感,引起驾驶人注意,从而提升高速公路弯道交通安全,适用于单向三车道,限速为100~120km/h的高速公路弯道路段。
