The device can be attached to the surface of each part of an aircraft, is good in sealing performance, and can meet the requirements of complex profiles of different aircraft surface parts.

    本发明提供了一种柔性发汗冷却复合材料及其制备方法和应用,属于主动热防护技术领域,该柔性发汗冷却复合材料包括由外至内依次设置的发汗功能层、工质输送层和弹性基底层;发汗功能层为包括柔性多孔材料和水凝胶的复合材料。本发明提供的柔性发汗冷却复合材料可实现冷却工质宏观和微观的双重精确可控分配,提高冷却工质的均匀性,具有更高的冷却效率,同时各功能层均为柔性材料,可拉伸变形且厚度薄,具有良好的覆形效果,可与飞行器各部位表面进行贴合,密封性好,可以适应不同飞行器表面部位的复杂型面要求。
