The invention belongs to the technical field of engineering machinery, particularly relates to an alignment device for a hoisting winch, and aims to solve the problems that a winch and a base in the prior art are generally fixed through bolts when being mounted, and the winch vibrates during working, so that the bolts are dislocated for a long time. Dangerous conditions are easily caused while the installation efficiency is too low; comprising a base, and the base is connected with a mounting seat through a force-releasing slow-moving unit; slow-moving grooves are symmetrically formed in the mounting seat, and the slow-moving grooves are connected with the proper-moving mounting and controlling assembly; an auxiliary base is fixedly mounted on the mounting seat, connecting plates are symmetrically mounted on the auxiliary base, the two connecting plates are jointly connected with a driving motor, and the driving motor is connected with the rolling lift mechanism; and by means of the force releasing and slow moving unit, the phenomenon that the device and the device are dislocated due to long-time work is avoided, the installation efficiency is improved, and meanwhile risks are reduced.
