The invention relates to a vehicle fuel quantity determination method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: determining a first correction coefficient based on the driving state of a vehicle under the condition that the vehicle is in a non-refueling mode; wherein the first correction coefficient comprises a previous first correction coefficient or a second correction coefficient, and the second correction coefficient is determined based on a previous target fuel quantity value, a target resistance value of a fuel level floater of a fuel tank of the vehicle and a deviation proportion of the instantaneous fuel injection quantity of an engine of the vehicle; and based on the instantaneous fuel injection quantity of the engine, the first correction coefficient and the previous target fuel quantity value, the current target fuel quantity value is determined. The corresponding first correction coefficient is determined according to the driving state of the vehicle, compared with a fixed correction coefficient, the accuracy of the first correction coefficient is improved, and due to the fact that the first correction coefficient can correct the target oil quantity value, the accuracy of determining the current target oil quantity value is improved.
