The invention provides a traffic management method and system for avoiding non-obstacle congestion of continuous roads. The method comprises the following steps: a road side unit receives driving information and a vehicle ID sent by a vehicle OBU in a jurisdiction range, and reports the vehicle ID to a cloud control platform; the cloud control platform issues a dangerous driving behavior historical distribution model of vehicles in a jurisdiction area to each roadside unit in the road section; the road side unit obtains road environment information in a jurisdiction range and maps the road environment information, the traffic flow and the driving information to a dangerous driving behavior historical distribution model of the vehicles to obtain a dangerous behavior probability risk score of each vehicle; the roadside unit determines a speed regulation instruction of the rear vehicle according to the dangerous behavior probability score of the vehicle; and each vehicle OBU carries out vehicle speed adjustment prompting or driving speed adjustment according to the speed adjustment instruction. Effective judgment and early warning can be carried out before a continuous road non-obstacle congestion event occurs, accurate and effective guidance is provided for automatic driving, traffic safety is improved, and congestion is reduced.

    本发明提供了一种避免连续道路非障碍拥堵的交通管理方法及系统。方法为:路侧单元接收管辖范围内车辆OBU发送的行车信息和车辆ID,并上报车辆ID至云控平台;云控平台向路段内每个路侧单元下发其管辖范围内车辆的危险驾驶行为历史分布模型,路侧单元获取管辖范围内的道路环境信息并将道路环境信息、车流量和行车信息映射至车辆的危险驾驶行为历史分布模型获得每个车辆的危险行为概率危险评分;路侧单元根据车辆的危险行为概率评分确定后车的调速指令;每个车辆OBU根据调速指令进行车速调整提示或者调整行车速度。能够在连续道路非障碍拥堵事件发生前进行有效判断预警,为自动驾驶做出精准有效指引,提高了交通安全性,减少了拥堵。
