The invention discloses a vehicle chassis stability control strategy and system based on tire cornering stiffness estimation, and the strategy comprises the steps: obtaining vehicle state sensor data, and constructing a vehicle dynamics model; designing a controller; building a tire cornering stiffness online real-time estimation model to obtain an optimal solution of a cornering stiffness estimation value at the current moment; designing a vehicle stability evaluation quantitative index based on the real-time estimated tire cornering stiffness; and constructing a self-adaptive vehicle chassis stability integrated control strategy, and outputting the corresponding control quantity of each actuator of the vehicle chassis. According to the method, the real-time tire cornering stiffness can be estimated by using the tire cornering stiffness online estimation model, the vehicle stability evaluation index is calculated by using the estimated real-time tire cornering stiffness, the adaptive chassis stability integrated control law is introduced, and the corresponding control quantity of each actuator of the vehicle chassis is generated; real-time adjustment can be carried out based on changes of road conditions, and robustness of a control algorithm is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种基于轮胎侧偏刚度估计的车辆底盘稳定性控制策略及系统,策略包括:获取车辆状态传感器数据,构建车辆动力学模型;设计控制器;搭建轮胎侧偏刚度在线实时估计模型,以获取当前时刻侧偏刚度估计值的最优解;基于实时估计的轮胎侧偏刚度,设计车辆稳定性评价量化指标;构建自适应的车辆底盘稳定性集成控制策略,输出车辆底盘各作动器的相应控制量。本发明能够利用轮胎侧偏刚度在线估计模型估计实时的轮胎侧偏刚度,利用所估计的实时轮胎侧偏刚度计算车辆稳定性评价指标,并导入自适应底盘稳定性集成控制律,产生车辆底盘各作动器的相应控制量,能基于路面状况的变化进行实时调整,保证控制算法的鲁棒性。
