The invention belongs to the field of charging pile heat dissipation equipment, and particularly relates to an oil-immersed charging pile heat dissipation device and a heat dissipation method.The oil-immersed charging pile heat dissipation device comprises a box body, a charging module and transformer oil are installed in the box body, a control module is installed on the upper portion of the box body, and an alternating-current wiring terminal of the charging module is connected to the control module in parallel; a direct current output end of the charging module is connected to a DC + direct current output terminal and a DC-direct current output terminal of the control module in parallel, a communication line of the charging module is connected to a charging module communication terminal of the control module in parallel, a pressurization chamber is arranged on the lower portion of the box body, a hole is formed in the center of the top layer of the pressurization chamber, and a centrifugal pump is arranged outside the pressurization chamber and provided with an impeller. The impeller is arranged in the pressurizing chamber and below the center hole in the top layer and used for pressurizing transformer oil, and cooling fins are installed on the periphery of the box body. According to the device, transformer oil is in direct contact with the charging module, heat energy is converted, the charging module is cooled, noise is avoided, and dust cannot enter the pile body even if the surrounding environment is severe.

    本发明属于充电桩散热设备领域,尤其涉及一种油浸式充电桩散热装置及散热方法,包括箱体,箱体内安装充电模块,并装变压器油,箱体上部安装控制模组,充电模块的交流接线端子并联至控制模组,充电模块的直流输出端并联至控制模组的DC+直流输出端子和DC‑直流输出端子上,充电模块的通信线并联到控制模组的充电模块通信端子上,所述箱体下部设加压室,加压室顶层中心设置孔,加压室外设置离心泵,离心泵带叶轮,叶轮置于加压室内,且在顶层中心孔下方,用于对变压器油的加压,箱体四周安装散热片。该装置通过变压器油直接与充电模块接触,热能发生转换,实现充电模块降温,不会产生噪音,即使周围环境恶劣粉尘也不会进入桩体。
