The invention relates to a plotting table lighting device based on a variable-rigidity mechanical arm. The plotting table lighting device is characterized in that the mechanical arm comprises a plurality of hollow receiving discs, a driving wire, a hollow high-elasticity alloy pipe and a temperature control system; the hollow connecting discs are sequentially connected end to end through a pair of alloy pipes, the alloy pipes between the middle hole connecting discs are sequentially and alternately arranged in the direction from the hollow connecting disc at the head end to the hollow connecting disc at the tail end at 90 degrees, and the middle connecting disc at the tail end is fixedly connected with the plotting table. The four driving wires penetrate through the four wire penetrating holes in the multiple hollow receiving discs in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and every two opposite driving wires form a pair of antagonistic wires and are driven by the same wire winding and unwinding motor; the hollow high-elasticity alloy pipe is filled with a sealed low-melting-point alloy; the temperature control system is arranged in an inner cavity of the hollow receiving disc and used for controlling the temperature of the low-melting-point alloy. The lighting unit is composed of a lighting control cable and a lighting lamp, and the lighting lamp is fixed to the outer end of the head-end hollow receiving disc. The illumination range can be adjusted conveniently, and the stability of the illumination area is guaranteed.
本发明涉及一种基于可变刚度机械臂的标绘台照明装置,特点为:机械臂包括多个中空接盘、驱动丝、空心高弹性合金管及温控系统;多个中空接盘通过一对合金管首尾依次连接,由首端中空接盘至尾端中空接盘方向,中孔接盘之间的合金管呈90°依次交替设置,尾端中间接盘与标绘台固连;四根驱动丝一一对应穿装于多个中空接盘上的四个穿丝孔内,两根相对的驱动丝组成一对拮抗丝,并由同一个收放丝电机驱动;在空心高弹性合金管内填入有密封的低熔点合金;温控系统设置于中空接盘的内腔中,用于实现对低熔点合金温度的控制;照明单元由照明控制电缆和照明灯构成,照明灯固定于首端中空接盘的外端部。本发明方便了照明范围的调节且保证了光照区域的稳定。
