The invention discloses a vibration reduction type overhead line system positioning mechanism and a design method thereof. The vibration reduction type overhead line system positioning mechanism comprises a positioning rod, a positioner and a damping vibration absorber. The damping vibration absorber comprises an inerter assembly, an energy consumption assembly and an elastic base. The inerter assembly and the energy consumption assembly are mechanically connected in parallel; the elastic bases comprise the first elastic base and the second elastic base, one end of the damping vibration absorber is connected with the positioner through the first elastic base, and the other end of the damping vibration absorber is connected with the positioning rod through the second elastic base. The design method is applied to design of the vibration reduction type overhead line system positioning mechanism. The damping vibration absorbers are arranged between the positioners and the positioning rods, the inerter assemblies are arranged in the damping vibration absorbers, the energy absorption effect is good, the vibration reduction and energy consumption effect is good, the service life of parts can be prolonged, movement of the positioners is effectively controlled, and it is ensured that a train runs safely and reliably.

    本发明公开了一种减振型接触网定位机构及其设计方法,包括定位杆、定位器和阻尼吸振器;所述阻尼吸振器包括惯容组件、耗能组件和弹性底座;所述惯容组件和耗能组件力学上并联连接;所述弹性底座包括第一弹性底座和第二弹性底座,所述阻尼吸振器的一端通过第一弹性底座与定位器连接,另一端通过第二弹性底座与定位杆连接。设计方法应用于设计上述的减振型接触网定位机构。本发明通过在定位器与定位杆之间设置阻尼吸振器,阻尼吸振器中设置有惯容组件,吸能效果好、减振耗能效果佳、能延长部件使用寿命、有效控制定位器的运动,确保列车运行安全可靠。
